Viewing Pups, Deposits and Health Guarantee

• Viewings are by appointment only and are set around our strict feeding schedule and limited to 30 minute sessions .
• Only 2 persons allowed  per viewing appointment.
• No public restroom available.
• We take off property bio hazards very seriously. Each visitor will be given a pair of shoe booties to wear before entering our property and must be worn during the entire visit. No flip flops please.
• Cash only is accepted for the purchase of our puppies in which you will be given a buyers contract/receipt. If you are not taking the puppy at the time of selection, we require a $300.00 cash deposit that is non refundable to hold said puppy for 48 hours. If a hold is needed for longer than 48 hours, a boarding fee of $30 per day to be paid up front with a solid agreement of future pick up to be predetermined. If that pick up date agreement is not met I have the right to cancel the purchase all together and no refunds will be given.

We take the health of our puppies seriously and offer a one year health guarantee for every puppy we sell. Our puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and come with a clean bill of health from our veterinarian. We're confident in the quality of our puppies and stand behind them 100%.
